I don't think I will stay here again. I made reservations for 6 days at the park for the ATV Jubilee and everything was fine until on day 2 my wife became very ill with either food poisoning or a bug. She is disabled and not able to walk so, it was an emergency and we had to go home to phoenix. I stopped at the office on the way out and explained the situation to the lady and asked if a partial refund was possible. She gave the most unfriendly, uncompassionate, abrupt response of "No Refunds", then asked me my name and then just said "OK". I understand if that is their policy, at least be kind and explain that, or even just say you are sorry, but she was just plain rude. I already lost hundreds of dollars from gas and pre-paid meals and then had to be treated like that.

Edit: After posting this review, South-Forty RV Park reached out to me via E-mail and said they were going to refund me for the nights that I did not stay. She said they have a "no refund" policy but, do make exceptions for medical emergencies. This made me feel a little better about the whole ruined vacation. I will change to 4 stars.

5 star rating Perfect spot We absolutely loved it here. We were looking for a place to stay for trail riding and this was perfect. Nice and very well kept. They take pride in their park and it shows.
Full hook-ups. Very nice laundry and shower area.
The RV spots are nice and big. We were oversized (38' motorhome with a 24' trailer) we had plenty of room and they were very accommodating.
This park is surrounded by all the great trails. Any questions they were happy to help.
We did get to talk to some of the other campers / riders there and this was their 2nd and 3rd year coming back, so they must be doing something right.
