  10. General Terms
    • These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and South Forty RV Park. We may revise them periodically, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These protections apply before, during, and after a transaction.

      South Forty RV Park is committed to conducting business in a manner that is fair, transparent, and respectful of our guests. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies available to you under applicable Utah state or federal law.

      If you believe that your rights under the UCSPA or other applicable laws have been affected, you may seek remedies available under those laws, including contacting the appropriate regulatory authorities or pursuing relief through the courts.
