Welcome to South Forty RV Park
South Forty RV Park is designed to give travelers a welcoming place to relax while exploring the beauty of central Utah. Our park is open seasonally from April 15 through October 15, making it the perfect destination for spring, summer, and fall adventures. Located right off Highway 89 in Marysvale, our property offers both comfort and convenience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Our accommodations and amenities
We provide full hookup RV sites with 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer, so setting up is easy and stress-free. For those who prefer a cozier stay, our cabins provide a comfortable alternative with easy access to the same amenities. Every site is designed with space and convenience in mind, making it simple to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you arrive in a large rig or want a cabin retreat, you will find accommodations suited to your needs.
Amenities at South Forty RV Park enhance every visit. Guests stay connected with free Wi-Fi and excellent cell service, while outdoor enthusiasts enjoy our RC track, lawn games, and two dog parks. We provide laundry facilities and restrooms with large showers to make your stay more comfortable. An on-site store helps you stock up on essentials, and designated firepits offer a place to gather under the stars. We even have a SXS and ATV wash across from the office, so you can keep your vehicles trail-ready after riding the Paiute Trail.

Our location gives you direct access to the famous Paiute Trail, one of the most popular ATV trail systems in the country. Beyond the trail, nearby towns like Sevier, Richfield, and Salina provide attractions for every interest. You can hike in Fishlake National Forest, visit Fremont Indian State Park and Museum, or ride the Big Rock Candy Mountain Bike Trail. Richfield offers a family-friendly stop at Lion’s Park, while Salina invites you to learn local history at Miss Mary’s Historical Museum. Each destination is only a short drive from our park, making South Forty the perfect base for adventure.
