Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposit of one (1) night stay for stays less than 6 days. $100 for weekly stays and $150 for monthly stays.

We have a 2-week cancellation policy before your arrival date. If you cancel within our 14-day cancellation period from your arrival date, any paid deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations before the 14-day cancellation period will assume a $25 cancellation charge. Should something come up for you, we will be happy to move your reservation to another date at no extra charge. No refunds for early departure.

Your four-legged family members are always welcome here! For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, please keep your pets on leashes and under the positive control of a responsible adult when outside RVs at all times.
No more than three (3) Pets per RV please. Please do not leave your pet tied up outside unattended. Also, please clean up after your pet immediately. Disposal bag stations are located throughout the park and extra bags are available for sale in our office. We have a large, fenced-in pet run for your pets to freely run and socialize with others! Note: we are unable to accommodate aggressive breeds.

Our cabins have a King size bed, private bathroom, 43″ Flat Screen TV, Coffee Bar, Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Heating and Air Conditioning and loveseat. All linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are included. There is no stove or oven. Maximum two people per cabin. Please avoid a $250 cleaning fee by not smoking in the cabins. 2-night minimum on holiday weekends.
Well-behaved pets are welcome in the cabins. There will be a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee applied to the reservation and guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Excessive barkers or aggressive dogs are not allowed. Please do not leave pets alone or unattended inside or outside the cabins during your stay.

Only Propane BBQs are allowed in our RV spaces. Due to fire danger and mess, Charcoal BBQs are not allowed. Please do NOT clean your propane BBQs out and dump the grease in our spaces or tree wells. We will charge you to clean up your space if we find this has been done during your stay or time of checkout.

Per the Utah Public Health Department, sewer hoses MUST have an elbow/sewer adapter connection from your sewer hose to our sewer pipe. You must have a properly sealed connection. If you do not have a sewer adapter you can purchase one in our office. This is a requirement by the Utah Public Health Department.

We have a SXS/ATV wash area across from our office and there is a car wash located in town across from the gas station. Washing your SXS, ATV, motorhome, RV, trailer or any other type of vehicle is strictly not allowed in your RV space. Maintenance on any vehicle type is also not allowed in your RV space. Including, but not limited to, oil changes, replacing belts and more. If you need to work on any vehicle, please contact the office and we will provide an area for you to do that.
